Practice Summary
Mr. Serban joined Gibson Robb & Lindh LLP in 2007. He specializes in maritime casualty and insurance litigation. Specifically, Mr. Serban handles and resolves cases involving maritime and non-maritime personal injury, damage to cargo, and other general civil litigation. He is admitted to practice before all Federal and state courts in California.
During law school, Mr. Serban was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence (Formerly American Jurisprudence Award) in both Maritime Law and The Carriage of Goods and Passengers by Sea. He was a quarter finalist at the 2005 Judge John R. Brown National Admiralty Moot Court Competition.
