Partner Michael Cummins Obtains Summary Judgment in Underground Fuel Storage Litigation

In February 2015, in a case venued in Stockton, California and involving product liability claims and other causes of action arising out of damage to an underground fuel storage tank, Mr. Cummins prevailed on a summary judgment motion. In ruling in favor of the firm’s client, the Court found the client possessed no liability for the more than $500,000 in damages being sought, which included property damage, economic losses and attorney’s fees. Associate attorney Joey Ou provided valuable assistance with respect to various issues raised in the briefs submitted in support of the motion.
