Practice Summary

Ms. Huber joined Gibson Robb & Lindh in December of 2007. Since joining the firm, Ms. Huber has been actively working on a variety of maritime matters including cases involving maritime personal injury, ship repairs, product liability, and marine insurance.

Ms. Huber joined Gibson Robb & Lindh after graduation from Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, she was the Ethics Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review and participated in an International Maritime Arbitration Moot Competition in Australia. Ms. Huber was honored with a CALI award in Evidence, a CALI Award in Ocean and Coastal Law, a Witkin Award in International Law Practicum, and a Witkin Award in Administrative Law.

Also during law school, Ms. Huber honed her legal research and writing skills as a full-time judicial extern to the Honorable Jeremy Fogel in the United States District Court for the District of Northern California. She also interned for the U.S. Coast Guard Pacific JAG. Prior to law school, Ms. Huber worked and lived aboard a private megayacht in the Caribbean.
