Practice Summary Ms. Sanchez joined Gibson Robb & Lindh in 1999. Her practice focuses on commercial maritime litigation and general civil litigation. She handles personal injury defense, cargo and property subrogation, product liability defense, and maritime casualty cases. Ms. Sanchez also advises clients on various employment related issues. Ms. Sanchez has successfully resolved numerous cargo and property damage subrogation cases in all aspects of litigation including trial, arbitration, and mediation. Ms. Sanchez is currently the co-chair of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals’ Northern California Chapter. Ms. Sanchez was the Chair of the Pacific Admiralty Section (PAS) of the Bar Association of San Francisco which presented the 2008 Pacific Admiralty Seminar, a two-day seminar providing an analysis of recent developments in maritime law, and remains an active member of the PAS Steering Committee. In 2006, Ms. Sanchez was appointed to the Admiralty Local Rules Advisory Subcommittee of the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
