Practice Summary David Kardon joined Gibson Robb & Lindh in 2008. Mr. Kardon has conducted legal research and analysis in a variety of maritime and land-based transportation matters including cargo subrogation, vessel title disputes, hull and machinery policies, liability policies, carrier defenses and limitation of liability under the Warsaw Convention, package limitation under COGSA, personal injury defense, and coverage opinions.
