Practice Summary

Ms. Yuan joined Gibson Robb & Lindh in 2007. Prior to joining Gibson Robb & Lindh, Ms. Yuan was an associate for a large California insurance defense firm specializing in workers’ compensation defense. Ms. Yuan’s current practice focuses on cargo subrogation, insurance coverage, personal injury, and general commercial litigation in both maritime and non-maritime areas.
