Tyler S. Summers joined Gibson Robb & Lindh in 2021. Mr. Summers’ practice consists of consists of maritime and land-based subrogation, including cargo, workers’ compensation, and property, maritime defense, as well as marine insurance and inland marine coverage matters. Prior to joining Gibson Robb & Lindh, Mr. Summers was an associate for boutique civil litigation firms in Northern and Southern California, specializing in business litigation, catastrophic injury, and reputational injury matters before both state and federal courts.

Mr. Summers obtained his B.S. in Political Science from San Francisco State University, and his law degree from University of California Hastings, College of the Law, where he specialized in International Law.
While in law school, Mr. Summers served as the Executive Editor for Operations of the Constitutional Law Quarterly, as a Teaching and Research Assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Department, and as a 3L Representative and the Student Board Member for Global Programs Committee of the Associated Students of University of California Hastings.
